Aescape is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for our first Aescape Studio. In this role, you'll support the Flagship Store Manager in delivering an exceptional member experience, driving membership growth, and building a vibrant studio community. As a key member of our Retail Division, you'll work closely with the studio team and senior leadership to position Aescape as a premier destination for progressive wellness. What You'll Do As an Assistant Studio Manager at Aescape Studios you will:Member Experience
- Deliver an exceptional member experience while driving overall satisfaction and member loyalty.
- Contribute to sales and membership growth by actively participating in lead generation and retention initiatives.
Leadership and Team Development
- Facilitate hiring and onboarding, ensuring new Studio team members are immersed in product knowledge, company values, and member experience.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sales and Community Building
- Support the Studio Manager in achieving sales and membership goals.
- Assist in planning and executing engaging in-studio events and promotions to drive brand awareness and member engagement.
Operational Excellence
- Support daily studio operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment for both members and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in customer service and/or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Desire for retail career growth is a plus as we build our brand and retail footprint.
- Personal passion for wellness and the Aescape mission is a plus.
