We're?looking for an experienced and collaborative Assistant Super / Inspector?based out of our client's project site in Coxsackie, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You'll monitor quality and ensure compliance to regulatory and industry-specific standards while using your unique background and diverse perspective to help shape the success of project quality plans. You'll work with experienced team members to perform inspections, complete contract documents, standards and specifications, and develop records and reports of inspections and assessments. You'll help review and resolve technical problems, ensure compliance on inspections and help support field staff to ensure all quality inspections are complete. You'll help monitor and inspect structures, renovations and new builds on site and report any recommended changes in materials or procedures to senior staff.

* A minimum of 3 years in their trade experience or comparable training in inspecting large scale building construction projects valued above $1 million.
* Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems
* OSHA 30 Certification
* Employment will require a background check
