Assistant Superintendent

You ll work with an experienced team who will develop and mentor you as you continue your path to Lead Super with clear processes and structure.

Join a firm that has been in business for decades and is one of the city s key mid-sized players in commercial interiors. They ve got a strong pipeline of work, large upcoming projects and are now seeking an Assistant Superintendent who can be trained into a Lead Super.

The firm predominantly works in Manhattan, and also NJ and CT. Projects are typically $2m $10 m but will include larger projects up to $20/30m. Clients are within the financial services, tech, healthcare, media, and legal industries and they have longstanding relationships with many of the city s landlords and building owners.

On offer:

• Base salary circa $85,000 - $100,000

About you:

• Minimum 2+ years experience as an Assistant Construction Superintendent in NYC
• Experience working on corporate interior projects in Manhattan
• Proficiency in Procore preferred
