We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Residential Supervisor to manage the day to day responsibilities of the Residential Unit at our Monroe Campus location. Responsibilities include the ability to work in a trauma informed environment, youth individual and group skills, knowledge of schedules and the ability to mentor and coach team members.Responsibilities:Communicate, support and link, HFA mission, vision, values, goals, and strategies to everyday workEstablish clear, meaningful, challenging, and attainable objectives and expectations that are aligned with those of the organizationAlign the right work with the right people; delegate tasks according to people s strengths and interestsEnsure staff has the skills and resources to be successfulProvide staff with coaching, training and opportunities for growth to improve their skillsTreat staff fairly and consistentlyShare accountability when delegating and involve staff in setting their performance goalsOversee employees schedules to ensure adequate coverage and oversees client schedules to ensure they are well organized and well communicatedHandle emergency situations which may require flexibility of both time and area assignmentPerform all Youth Care Professional functions as required and as neededThis job description is not exhaustive.
