Location: Great Bend,KS, USA
Job Objective: Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and giving prompt and courteous assistance to customers. Maintain a clean, orderly and safe store environment. Work closely with the Store Manger to ensure that all aspects of regular operations and completed on a daily basis.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: Experience in retail sales; management or supervisory experience preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Duties: This position has authority to recommend employment status changes of subordinate personnel, make disciplinary decisions and to formally evaluate performance of subordinate employees. All human resource related decisions will be cleared with the Store Manager, South KS Field Rep or Service Extension Director and the HR department at DHQ.
Physical Requirements: Include speaking, hearing and vision ability; manual dexterity; lifting, pulling and pushing materials up to 25 pounds; bending, squatting, and walking; standing for extended periods of time. Travel: Occasional in-town travel
Driving: Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence. Must be approved and maintain approval through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business.
Working Conditions: Work is performed in a fast paced, retail store setting; position requires work on Saturdays.
