Interact with the faculty and students in the office, by email, and on the phone.60% Practice outstanding customer service for students, parents, faculty/staff, and othercampus constituents. Be familiar with policies, procedures, and campus resourcesin order to answer questions and/or refer inquiries to appropriate departments oncampus.
