Excellent leadership qualities.

Passion for developing youth both athletically and holistically.

Experience supervising others is desired.

Must satisfactorily pass

Law enforcement background checks with fingerprinting.

Personal and business reference background check.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Help athletes develop values and morals.

Must teach fundamentals of the sport.

See and analyze athletes abilities and mistakes.

Provide instruction to correct mistakes that hinder athletic development.

Work with Varsity head coach to develop the program.

Assist Varsity coach during games and practices.

Stimulate sportsmanship.

Develop good team spirit.

Develop leadership characteristics.

Instill self-confidence in athletes.

Adequately communicate with parents, players, and Athletic Director when necessary.
