The bank employs nearly 14,000 people and has had a presence in the country since the late 1800s in major cities including New York/New Jersey, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Denver and Washington, DC.**Candidate Success Factors:**Candidates will be measured on the following four performance drivers, which will dictate how individual impact is considered on the Americas platform:* Results and Impact+ Impacts division and influences peers and team+ Demonstrates good judgement when making decisions of high complexity and impact+ Relies on limited guidance for most complex decision making+ Is responsible for driving outcomes which have meaningful effect on team or department* Leadership and Collaboration+ Creates trust with department leaders+ Acts in leadership capacity for large projects, processes, or programs for a team* Client, Customer and Stakeholder Focus* Compliance Culture and Conduct+ Takes full responsibility for personal actions and demonstrates courage in facing problems and conflicts+ Perceived as a person of high moral character; upholds corporate values and displays high ethical standards**Responsibilities:**As a member of the APS team for the Execution Services, below are the primary responsibilities of the team members:* Have a daily interaction with the business user in person, over the phone and via email* Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios* Maintaining a proper coverage in their designated shift and always provide support in times of need i.e. production issue* Voluntarily picking up work and tasks as received over email, phone or in person* Provide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project* Documenting and training other team members* Shadow other team members and seek to learn to improve day to day coverage of the platforms* Sharing knowledge within the team as well documenting the issues/incidents for better follow up* Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented* Contribute towards the workload by picking up tasks voluntarily* Contribute towards better post-release checkouts* Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issueMinimum Required Qualifications:The ideal team member will have a balance of technical skills, business knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and excellent soft skills. Experience required in trading floor environments Equities or Derivatives (Futures and Options).Technical skills: General knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages (perl/python), databases, SQL, networking, market data, Windows, and Linux, and application configuration.Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of the FIX protocol is a plus along with any monitoring experience (Geneos/ITRS).**FINRA Registrations Required: N/A****CFTC Swap Dealer Associated Person (if yes, NFA Swaps Proficiency Program is required): N/A****SEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Associated Person: N/A**We continue to grow and strengthen our commitment to the US market.
