In this role, you would be responsible for working on high impact projects and influencing decisions that will define next phase of our growth. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential M&A opportunities.
  • Analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Perform detailed financial analyses, including valuation modelling, financial forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Assess financial statements, key performance indicators, and other relevant data to evaluate potential deals.
  • Develop compelling strategic rationale presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Articulate the value proposition and potential synergies of proposed transactions
  • Drive due diligence project management and post-transaction integration efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse necessary information.
  • Support negotiations, deal structuring, and integration planning activities.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, an advanced degree (MBA), or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Relevant Industrial experience including experience of M&A deal execution experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity; experience in business and IT services industry a plus but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis and modeling including discounted cash flow models, accretion dilution analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis
  • Proven experience in conducting market research, financial analysis, and developing strategic presentations.
  • Expert proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with key corporate development data platforms such as FactSet, Pitchbook, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity; excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Remote position, United States, East Coast Time Zone preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally
  • Given global nature of role, willingness to participate in regular meetings outside of standard working hours
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$175,000 to $225,000].
