Job Description:

Century Group is partnering with a leading financial services firm is seeking an Assistant VP to join their team. As the AVP, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our HR technology, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing organizational performance. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $130,000 to $160,000 per year.

Job Description
  • Oversee all HR systems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS, handling configuration, design, and integration.
  • Monitor audits to maintain data accuracy and streamline processes.
  • Develop and build manager dashboards.
  • Analyze data to proactively enhance business performance.
  • Direct system maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to align HRIS with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Manage security roles and data integrity.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • At least 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Extensive knowledge of UKG (UltiPro Web), BackOffice, Cognos Report Studio, and Event Studio.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills across various departments and levels.
