Job Description
Oversee all HR systems.Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS, handling configuration, design, and integration.Monitor audits to maintain data accuracy and streamline processes.Develop and build manager dashboards.Analyze data to proactively enhance business performance.Direct system maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.Collaborate with IT and other departments to align HRIS with organizational objectives.Ensure compliance with SOX regulations.Manage security roles and data integrity.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of UKG (UltiPro Web), BackOffice, Cognos Report Studio, and Event Studio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across various departments and levels.
