Successful candidates should have coaching experience in soccer at the high school or preferably collegiate level. Candidates should have recruiting experience and knowledge of the NJCAA's eligibility requirements for student-athletes.Duties:
- Assist with organization of and participation in team practices
- Assist with game management and travel (i.e., team statistic tracking, travel arrangements)
- Assist in team recruitment and retention programs (i.e., recruit contact and related follow-up)
- Assist in any team fundraising program
- Compose game summaries and report game statistics and information for website posting
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience in soccer at the high school or collegiate level
- Bachelor's Degree (in any field) required
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience
- Knowledge of the NJCAA's eligibility requirements for student athletes
- Familiarity with Minnesota College Athletic Conference
- Experience with fundraising
