This role establishes and maintains consistent care and service standards to deliver excellent care to residents. The Assisted Living Administrator ensures ongoing compliance with established standards (federal, state, local and organizational). Qualifications: Current Pennsylvania certification as an Assisted Living Administrator required Current Pennsylvania certification as a Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) required One-year experience as a PCHA, Assisted Living Administrator or active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensure required Requires one of the following: Associates degree, Bachelor's degree preferred Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure Responsibilities and Expectations: Responsible for meeting or exceeding occupancy and mix goals. Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to all customers. Accountable for the direction, coordination and supervision of all activities within assigned area. Collaborate on annual budget and fiscal control of the community to meet budget targets. Develop positive relationships and is accessible to all residents, families, visitors and team members. Make recruitment recommendations and decisions. Participate in training, supervision and discipline of team members. Complete performance evaluations for direct reports. Act as a liaison between the community and all outside agencies. Endorse community in positive way to the greater community. Maintain and prepare records and reports as required by policies and regulations. Ensure resident rights and smooth transition throughout community. Act as a catalyst for quality improvement. Perform daily rounding on residents and team members. Promote effective marketing and public relations. Remain compliant with all federal, state, local and corporate regulations.
