The House Manager is a working supervisor who is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of one house. With three caregivers (including the manager) sharing assistance to eight residents, there is plenty of time for life enriching activities for the residents, working directly with families, the inevitable paperwork in assisted living and building a cohesive team. The House Manager, using the many available company resources, solves problems and implements service delivery that provides exceptional outcomes for the residents. Flexible Shift Schedule:
- Full time position includes alternating three to four 12 hour shifts per week

Special Training:
- Maryland Medication Technician Certification
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Certified Nursing Assistant or comparable designation
- Assisted Living Manager Designation Preferred
Experience and Qualifications:
- No less than three years' experience with providing care to the elderly including providing direct care for seniors
- Must have previous experience as a Medication Technician
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and to lead others
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with multiple constituencies
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new applications
