Job DescriptionJob: Assisted Living Supervisor {CONFIDENTIAL PROCESS}Are you a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in an assisted living environment? We are looking for an experienced Assisted Living Supervisor to join our team and lead with compassion and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities in the assisted living facility.
- Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.
- Lead and manage the Memory Support unit, focusing on dementia care.
- Provide training and support to staff.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Foster a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
Minimum Background Requirements:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing with applicable state.
- Three years' experience working in long-term care; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience with long-term care regulations.
- Preferred: Knowledgeable about the Dementia disease process and management/leading a Memory Support unit.
