Requirements / Qualifications

English Learner Compliance~ If you don't have an EL (English Learner Authorization) or CLAD (Crosscultural, Language & Academic Development) you will be required to apply for an emergency CLAD permit with the CTC as a condition of employment. During the first year of employment you will need to earn the English Learner Authorization or CLAD certificate by course work, exam or a combination of course work and exam. The associated costs for the emergency permit and course work/exams will be at the employee's expense. Below are links to the CTC website for additional information and requirements. Comments and Other Information

Position will be open for 5 days and then until filled. ACOE ALLOWS YEAR FOR YEAR EXPERIENCE CREDIT WHEN PLACING EMPLOYEES ON THE SALARY SCHEDULE. Experience must be fulltime, contracted work & over 75% of school year to qualify (substitute work does not qualify). We pay 100% of the induction costs for our new teachers. Current clear TB Test and DOJ fingerprinting for the hired candidate will be required.
