We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:
  • Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise
  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
  • Diligent communication between the driver and the coin room processor to ensure accurate review and reconciliation of daily driver end of day paperwork
  • Actively listening to customer needs and providing basic, relevant, troubleshooting assistance related to reconciliation issues (in person or on the phone)
  • Performing a comprehensive audit of pre-register reports for accuracy
  • Executing end of night settlement in the appropriate software solution
  • Updating the daily control sheet, researching out of balance issues, and communicating settlement issues to accounting/sales managers in a timely manner
  • Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
  • Capable of creating customized actionable reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas or macros
  • Work on special projects as necessary

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,053 - $54,685 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Detailed knowledge and experience n Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Ability to become proficient n multiple IT applications
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills Discretion with sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
