Job Description:

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract Logistics Coordinator for our Scientific partner in West Chester, OH

The anticipated wage for this position is $18.70 hourly. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Summarized Purpose:

Provides support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low complexity studies.

Essential Functions:

Coordinates, supports and performs administrative work to support the department.

Supports the day to day operations of the study drug, comparators and ancillaries management.

Supports department project teams as assigned member.

Completes role specific training compliance and timesheets completion and release.

May coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally.

Assists in the processing of clinical supplies.

Tracks inventories and expiration dates of all department drug products and medical devices. Issues monthly status reports.

Ensures all activities executed by Depots comply with company practices and client requirements.

Arranges purchases of additional supplies upon request.

Supports logistic & administrative activity.

Participates in Project mini-teams.

Attends training on new regulations concerning GMP and GDP activities.

Interacts with electronic management systems.

Education and Experience:

High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Technical positions may require a certificate

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year).

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Basic English and good communication skills both written and verbal

Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high quality deliverables

Good computer and data entry skills

Capable of working on issues of a diverse and confidential nature

Capable of working in a team environment as well as work independently with direct supervision

Adaptive to changes

Ability to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestions

Job Details:

Standing up to 6 hours per shift.

Exposer to warehouse atmosphere is successful in this role

Courier and inventory experience is successful in this role

Shift Details:

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00-10:30pm

First day of training at Highland Heights

Interview is in person and is a panel interview

**Pay Details:** $18.70 per hour
