Job DescriptionThe Associate Manager, Investor Relations, is responsible for financial data accuracy and understanding market dynamics and drives impact across the Yum! business by contributing to IR strategies. With this role, the opportunities are endless. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Investor Relations and works closely with the CFO, Executive Team, and Brand Leadership. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with a high level of personal integrity and a strong work ethic. This role is based in Louisville, KY working in a hybrid environment, coming onsite 2-3 days/week.Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial data accurately and in a timely manner,
- Analyze market dynamics, benchmark against peers, and identify potential risks and opportunities,
- Contribute to the development of IR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's broader strategic objectives,
- Serve as primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders,
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years' experience in Equity Research or Investment Management preferred. Open to Candidates with an equivalent level of experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting.
- Proven experience with financial modeling techniques, valuation methods used by analysts and investors, and conducting in-depth research.
- Ability to communicate (both verbally and written) in a way that clearly articulates results and inspires confidence in the company both internally and externally.
- Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
