Job Description:

The Associate Account Executive will oversee day-to-day functions for various sock brands and interact daily with accounts. They will also work with Production/Sourcing, Brand Management/Design, Imports, Planning, Marketing, Operations teams to help oversee all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Present line to key accounts, communicate pricing, orders, and shipping timelines
  • Review and provide overview of monthly and annual sales, margin, and inventory goals set for each account to achieve corporate financial goals
  • Collaborate closely with Planning team
  • Drive the execution of the allocation process and inventory management to assist in managing basic inventory levels to meet or exceed sales, gross margin and inventory goals
  • Collaborate with buyers and Sales team on orders to ensure that all orders execute the approved shipping guidelines required by each customer
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of inventory management to ensure we have the right amount of product coming in for each shipping month
  • Collaborate with Brand Management team to review best and worst sellers, trends, and provide guidance for future sku plans and inspiration based off customer feedback
  • Work with production team to review costing to ensure margin goals are met and inbound shipment schedules to maintain customer deliveries
  • Prepare and maintain inventory lists for all brands
  • Coordinate processing orders and tracking shipments to ensure orders are placed and orders are arriving on time
  • Coordinate open order process with internal teams and communicate updates to manager
  • Maintain internal projection file and communicate updates on a weekly basis
  • Shop market for trend inspiration, competitor price-points and new to market items
  • Prepare showroom alongside team in preparation for buyer meetings

Qualifications

  • BA or BS preferred
  • 2+ years' wholesale sales experience
  • Excel experience (retail math, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Experience managing accounts and maintaining strong partnerships
  • Ability to multitask, have a high sense of urgency, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to work with associates at all levels
  • Ability to work on a team and independently with limited supervision required

Annual salary starting at $60,000

The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
