This includes assisting account managers with client needs, assisting with compliance, and completing paperwork in a timely manner. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the benefits field and has potential to turn into a full time role.Job Responsibilities:Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts; this includes, but is not limited to: Assistance in resolving billing and claim issues, gathering renewal information and general account assistance as neededAssisting account team with annual enrollment by helping create communication materialAssist with special projects in the office as requestedMonitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assignedAct in capacity of client manager on assigned accountsCultural Expectations:Determination – unsatisfied until we are the best.
