Overview

Contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by processing all cash and checks, reconciled to the daily route activities of Full-Service Vending and Geo Deliveries

Responsibilities

PART TIME POSITION

* Process all Full Service Vending (FSV) currency and coin; count, sort, wrap and box

* Prepare and reconcile FSV coin log and coin bags

* Reconcile all Driver Route checks and documentation to Enterprise Settlement Console

* Prepare daily bank deposits FSV currency and coin for armored car courier pickup

* Prepare daily bank deposits of checks via US Bank SinglePoint

* Coordinate servicing of coin and cash office equipment and replenishment of supplies

* Process and distribute all daily/weekly reporting in a timely manner

* Maintain files of all daily documentation, rotating files to storage per retention schedule

* Complete all daily Logs

* Prepare and submit required work product to HQ Accounting, providing supporting information as requested

* Work on special projects as assigned by your manager

Compensation and Benefits:

* The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a fulltime schedule.

* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

* Three years of relevant business experience, ability to operate currency and coin counting equipment a plus

* Basic MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook

* Basic accounting knowledge and good math skills

* Excellent level of attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow process and procedures

* Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work under time constraints with minimal supervision

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to lift approximately 20lb - 40lb coin bags and/or boxes

* Able to work 24 hours weekly. Reliability and excellent attendance is required
