Position Overview:

To support the creation, management, and execution of allocation and replenishment strategies that support the merchandising, visual, and inventory initiatives for the retail stores.

You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely from home on Fridays if you prefer.

What You'll Do:

• Implements allocation and replenishment strategies for assigned merchandise categories across all retail locations
• Manages flow of inventory throughout the product life cycle from theinitialallocation through to the daily replenishment review process
• Analyzes andidentifiesselling trends, acting to maximize selling potential and minimize risk to inventoryobjectivesand profitability
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of weekly and ad hoc reports to analyze and react to store level inventory needs
• Identifiesand implements strategies to support inventory levels for key promotional and peak selling periods
• Evaluate and maximize system capabilities to further enhance allocation/replenishment tools and effectiveness
• Develops and fosters strong cross functional partnerships with the Merchandise Planners, Merchandise Managers, Visual, and DC– Retail Operations

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree
  • Equivalent work experience would be considered
• Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; requiresproficiencyin retail math
• Problem Solving&Decision Quality: Able to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
• Influencing&Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions that lead and influence others to action
• Systems and tools Acumen: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with an aptitude to learn multiple inventory applications
• Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional partners
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills, along with strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability toclearly and concisely identify and summarize complex problems or issues, identify, implement and hindsight solutions
• High levelof analytical thinking and attention to detail witha strong senseof ownership and follow through skills

Compensation Range: $59,000 to $70,000/year

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
