**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting systems and processes related to Supply Chain Management. This position will work primarily on supporting business process, integrations and systems as it relates to various Supply Chain Management tools and technologies. In addition, the incumbent would be assisting with the support, maintenance, configuration and upgrades as it relates to those technologies. Finally, we are looking for an individual with a desire to focus on understanding business processes and learning tools and/or technologies related to Supply Chain Management.
The person in this position:
+ Configures and develops solutions within Supply Chain applications as assigned by more experienced team members. This is inclusive of creating technical process flows and requirements documents that may be assigned to other development team members for execution (i.e. Integrations Team, Reporting Team).
+ Tests and verifies completed configuration and development meets specifications.
+ Works with other development analysts through iterations of development to gain acceptance and approval of testing before migrating to Production environment.
+ Troubleshoots issues with existing processes and programs and works with business to resolve, test and migrate fixes to Production environment.
+ Off hours and on call support will be required.
**Level of position will be determined based on experience and skillset.**
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Required
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related area.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience managing tasks and working cross functionally with peers to achieve project goals.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Tested problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Strong pattern of initiative.
+ Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
+ Proven ability to learn different business processes and technologies.
+ Experience with reading and writing SQL and/or PL/SQL.
+ Experience with web development technologies. (HTML, Javascript, ColdFusion, CSS, etc)
+ Experience with JSON and/or SOAP API Development.
+ Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Preferred
+ 2+ years experience configuring, testing and using Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.
+ 1+ year(s) experience configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Sales Order Orchestration.
+ 1+ year(s) experience configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Sales Order Extensions. (Groovy Scripting)
**Location:** Austin, MN (Global Headquarters) preferred. Remote work arrangement may be considered, with preference for candidates based in MN, IL, WI.
A comprehensive relocation package to the Austin, MN area will be offered, if required.

The base pay range is $65,000 to $105,000 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
