Role Description

This is a full-time ON-SITE role for an Associate Attorney (8-15 years +) with experience in Civil Litigation - Trial. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling civil litigation and/or Mass Tort cases conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Civil Litigation experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to provide sound legal advice
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in personal injury law
• Experience in class-action, and mass tort litigation
