Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the representation of clients in matters related to lending, banking, and real estate transactions.
- Draft and review various legal documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and real estate contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding compliance, risk management, and transactional matters.
- Support senior attorneys in litigation and dispute resolution, including preparing pleadings and discovery.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws affecting financial services and real estate.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in California.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, real estate, or related fields.
