Leading health care firm is seeking a Health Care Transactional Associate. The candidate may work out of the firm's San Francisco, Los Angeles or San Diego offices - there is no requirement for regular in-office attendance, but you must live near San Francisco, Los Angeles or San Diego.
Clients include large health systems, physicians and medical groups, and emerging companies, such as those providing digital health services.
Candidates should be able to communicate with clients and provide clear, concise legal analysis, have a strong understanding of the clients' business objectives, and work strategically with other practice teams. Candidates should have experience with complex regulatory regimes or significant transactions.
