Associate Attorney - Insurance Coverage

Leading national law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of insurance coverage experience to join any of their New York offices. Option to work fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Draft coverage opinions and litigation coverage matters
• Negotiating settlements of cases alongside clients of small to large cases with coverage issues
• Analysis of claims
• Legal Research

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 3+ years experience
• Strong research and writing skills

Base Salary 130k-170k+ Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid or Fully Remote
