Downtown property and casualty defense law firm seeks litigation associate with 3+ years' experience in defense litigation. The firm seeks an attorney with experience in NY Labor Law, premises liability and complex litigation, a plus. Candidate should be familiar with handling matters from inception to conclusion in areas of general liability defense litigation, construction accidents, property damage and premises liability. NJ admission in addition to NY a plus. Year admitted required. Please send resume and salary requirements.
