The permanent Attorney will be based in Oakland, California.Major responsibilities- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents- Analyze and summarize legal documents- Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups departmentRequirements- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills- Command of Personal Injury Law- Civil Litigation Experience experience- Draft Motions experience highly desired- Arguing Motions experience preferred- Deep understanding of Discovery- Proven knowledge of Defending Depositions- General familiarity with legal research- Practical knowledge of Licensed Attorney- Well-founded grasp of Depositions- Stellar academic credentials and references- Be detailed, flexible, and organized- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines- Licensed attorneyAre you a self-starter?
