Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support modifications, and more. Manage a caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of client service. Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and negotiate settlements. Advocate for clients in court proceedings as needed. Qualifications: Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar. 2–3 years of family law experience, including litigation. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy.
