Description Are you a dedicated attorney looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our firm is expanding, and we're seeking a talented lawyer to handle our criminal cases as we grow and continue to make a difference in our clients' lives. Our ideal candidate is eager to join a team that's redefining what a modern law firm can be. We're looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to be part of a firm that offers growth and incentive opportunities. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about serving as Associate Attorney for clients facing felony or misdemeanor charges. If you're passionate about defending individuals and safeguarding their futures, and you're comfortable managing a caseload primarily consisting of DUIs, misdemeanors, and low-level felonies, we want to connect with you. In this role, you'll apply your criminal law experience to manage a diverse caseload of over 60 cases, ranging from misdemeanor to felony charges in Justice, Superior, and Municipal Courts across Maricopa County ONLY. You'll have the flexibility to work from home or the office, and mileage for court appearances will be reimbursed. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and enhancing memos prepared by our paralegal, using your negotiation skills to meet client needs, recording video updates on case specifics, and offering clear legal options to help clients make informed decisions. Additionally, our attorneys are expected to adhere to their Clio task list and maintain an average of 30 productive hours per week. This position offers a competitive starting annual salary of $80,000 - $105,000, with the potential for monthly bonuses based on your efficiency and the results you achieve. We also provide comprehensive benefits including Health, Vision, and Dental insurance, 401(k) plan, and life insurance. We want an assertive, energetic go-getter who is self-driven and highly accountable. We are committed to innovating criminal law practice to better serve our clients.
