Busy immigration lawyer looking for an experienced immigration associate (bilingual a plus) who can bring organization, confidence and efficiency to a solo practitioner with a great reputation. Office is in Lower Manhattan. (hybrid OK) The right candidate will be adept at screening new clients, spotting issues and have the ability to work independently. Strong research and writing skills a plus. He/She will be trusted to deliver exceptional services to an ever increasing clientele of Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese speaking clients with the aid of 3 bilingual assistants. This is truly a great opportunity as the right candidate will maintain a supervisory position over existing assistants and over all future hires as the practice grows.

Please have at least 3 years of experience with family based immigration and EOIR court filings and presentment. (Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, SIJS, etc.) Experience with the detained docket a plus.
