The firm specializes in Commercial Real Estate Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Civil Trial Law with experience representing closely held and public institutions as well as individuals.

Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Associate Attorney located in Greater Houston. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for drafting legal documents and contracts.

Qualifications

• Excellent research and legal analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior trial experience, participation in law school trial advocacy / mock trial is recommended
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of law firm experience.

Compensation

Firm provides health insurance, CLE, bar dues, 401k. Salary competitive and depends on experience and qualifications.
