Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join a prestigious and growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Labor & Employment and Litigation experience and will show tenure in their career.

Some Duties Included but not Limited to:

• Negotiate on clients' behalf
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on complex legal matters
• Represent clients in court
• Draft legal documents
• Collaborate with partners to drive firm initiatives and goals
• Maintain compliance with all legal standards and regulations

Required:

• Proficiency in sexual harassment, discrimination, FMLA, and wage and hour disputes
• Experience negotiating severance agreements
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong research and legal drafting skills
• Lexis Nexis and other legal research tool proficiency
• JD from accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
