Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney at KAPLAN AND FRESE, LLP in Marshalltown, IA. Hybrid options have be discussed. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters, conducting research, providing legal advice, negotiating on behalf of clients, and supporting various aspects of law cases. Our firm focuses on criminal law, but also practices in family, probate, civil, and personal injury cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil and criminal litigation
• Research skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
