Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation team. The ideal candidate will work on a range of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, particularly in consumer credit, foreclosure, and contract disputes.

- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various aspects of civil law.

- Provide legal advice and strategy to clients.

- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

- Manage and prioritize multiple cases with varying levels of complexity.

Qualifications:

- J.D. from an accredited law school.

- Licensed to practice law in New York.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on consumer credit, foreclosure, and contract disputes.

- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
