Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney with up to 6 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law to join our litigation department. This role involves supporting case management under the guidance of experienced attorneys, offering a valuable learning experience in a supportive environment. Caseloads may include trip-and-fall incidents and motor vehicle accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
  • Participate in depositions and client meetings, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and paralegals to support efficient case management.
  • Organize case files and meet critical deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law; candidates with defense experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in personal injury litigation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a caseload of approximately 80-90 cases; bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.

Compensation:

Base salary of $125,000 to $175,000, plus a percentage of fees on resolved cases, with bonus opportunities.
