Manhattan plaintiffs personal injury law firm seeks a motivated associate attorney with 1-3 years of personal injury experience interested in representing injury victims, court appearances, client communications, negotiations, depositions and obtaining trial experience. Full time, immediate start. Competitive pay and full benefits. Remote day-to-day but in-person court appearances are required. The candidate must be located in New York State or northeast New Jersey.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member and in good standing with NY Bar Association.
• Career-oriented, driven, self-starter.
• Ability to manage/ run a caseload independently.

Responsibilities:

• Litigate NY personal injury cases including motor vehicle and premise liability cases.
• Guiding clients through Pre-suit/ Litigation process from inception to trial.
• Working closely and communicating with clients, team, and adversaries.
• Strategic thinking to meet the firms objective to obtain maximum results for our clients.

Salary and Benefits: $100,000 plus 35% origination fees. Full benefits, including 401K with employer match, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and 28 paid days off.
