Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing Municipal Law group.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with public sector clients.Responsibilities:
  • Representing our clients in a wide range of municipal law matters, including zoning issues, land use planning, by-law enforcement, and municipal governance.
  • Providing expert legal advice on a broad spectrum of municipal legal issues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Handling arbitration proceedings and labor practices, including labor dispute resolution and employment law matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex legal issues related to municipal law.
  • Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.
  • Staying updated on the latest developments and changes in municipal law and regulations to provide the most accurate and up-to-date legal advice to our clients.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a member in good standing with the state bar of Pennsylvania.
  • At least 2 years of experience with public sector clients.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in zoning matters, arbitration, and labor practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
