Oil and Gas Attorney - Houston

Our client, a top global law firm, is seeking a Transactional Oil and Gas Associate Attorney for their Houston, Texas office.

The estimated salary for this position is $310,000 to $420,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience (preferred JD class years 2017-2020)
• A&D/M&A and oil and gas transactional experience required
• Big law firm experience preferred
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
