Position Details
- Opportunity to work hybrid.
- The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination and court appearances.
- Experience with and familiarity with debt collection litigation a bonus.
- New York bar admission a bonus.
