The Associate Brand Manager will support marketing on US Tea & Food brands and will be a key partner in delivering business targets (Net sales, distribution, new item trial and market share) through excellence in execution and analysis of marketing plan activities for the US Tea & Foods portfolio. Curiosity, analytical ability and a drive for results are critical for success. Reporting to the Head of Breakthrough Brands and Tea, this is a tremendous opportunity to build challenger brands and help chart our path forward in multiple food and beverage categories. What are the Key Deliverables in this role ? Financial Outcomes
- A&P Management/Invoicing: Monthly A&P tracking and updating the LE in coordination with finance. Ensure invoices are properly coded and submitted in a timely manner. Track spend to budget.
- Coupon Execution and ROI Tracking: Create and execute all coupon programs. Track ROI and redemption to budget
External Partner Management
- Social media + Content Creation: Management of annual and monthly social media calendar, KPI tracking, reporting and compliance approvals
- PR / Influencer Agency Management: Management of annual calendar and monthly plan coordination with agencies
- World Pantry (eComm) & Amazon Support: Monthly tracking of Amazon & World Pantry activities. Tracking results to budget.
Shopper Marketing
- Executing Shopper Tools: Ensure delivery of all shopper tools including sell sheets and new item communications
- Image Syndication / Creation: Creation of all renders and updating as necessary to ensure best quality of images online
- In-store demos: Plan, execute and track all demos with external agencies for optimal performance
Innovation and Learning
- Innovation Launches: Be the marketing project lead for each innovation, shipper and pack change
- Nielsen Insight Analysis: Monthly Nielsen detailed analysis for EO deck reporting and ad hoc requests
RequirementsWhat are the Critical success factors for the Role ?
- 1-3 years' experience in US CPG Marketing or related field
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience with syndicated data tools (i.e. Nielsen, IRI)
- Experience managing external partners
