We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Development Support I to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Assists in performing core activities supporting the life cycle of sales.

* Participates in market research to support the development and marketing of sales opportunities.

* May coordinate with internal business units to research and gather information necessary to track current clients and potential targets.

* Engages with CRM systems required to track client activities and systems used to run sales analysis and create sales and marketing presentations.

* Assists in supporting new clients and ensures all aspects related to client onboarding are completed.

* Supports Business Development analytics, tracks individual targets and coordinates with sales officers, relationship managers and clients.

* Assists with client assessments to determine ownership structure, documentation requirements and proposal development, as needed.

* Supports and facilitates legal/business reviews for potential opportunities and prospects.

* Focuses on building a strong technological expertise to facilitate administration, KYC due diligence, marketing, prospecting and new client onboarding.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.

* 0-3 years of total work experience in sales preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
