From overseeing the new item lifecycle to implementing promotions and optimizing content, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience and driving business success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new items, from ASIN creation to launch, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create, audit, and maintain product variations to meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct regular audits of search, detail page views, and catalog data, and take proactive measures to align the customer experience with strategic objectives.
  • Efficiently handle catalog management tasks, including product listings, case management, and promotion implementation and tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content and enhance product visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Google Drive, and Slack, with a demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with creativity to identify anomalies in data and implement appropriate solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and develop actionable strategies to address them.
