Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Associate Head Coach will direct and supervise the Co-Ed cheer squad under the direct supervision of the Director of Cheerleading. This position will provide leadership, management, and direction on the day-to-day operations of the co-ed cheer program. This includes budget management, game day routines, schedules, operations, appearances, practices, fundraising, and other areas needed. In addition, this position will support the overall vision of the cheerleading program through both the all-girl and co-ed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience preferred.
Job Duties:
* 40% - Budget management, scheduling, appearances/events, compliance, fundraising - (Essential)
* 30% - Coaching - Run and assistant with practice sessions, appearances/events, and other coaching responsibilities - (Essential)
* 20% - Game day responsibilities - (Essential)
* 10% - Other duties as assigned - (Essential)
