BSN required. Doctoral degree preferred.Licensure, Certification, Registration: Current Commonwealth of Massachusetts license to practice as a Registered Nurse requiredSkills, Knowledge & Abilities: A high level of interpersonal skills necessary in order to provide effective leadership to nursing managers and staff and to effectively communicate with a wide variety of Lahey Health System colleagues and outside agencies.A high level of analytical skills necessary in order to develop and implement new nursing systems, techniques and procedures; determine needs for capital equipment, staff, expense and revenue budgets; and prepare special and recurring reports or analyses.Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive clinical and management responsibility.
