Role OverviewIn the Associate Client Partner role, you are part of our Global Client Engagement team, reporting to a Senior Client Partner on all activities on assigned accounts. This role puts you on the career path to advance into the client partner role which is critical to Atlas and Client success. Client Partners are the face of our organization. They are responsible for delivering the highest quality consulting solutions through an active networking strategy and relationship-building with key decision-makers. By joining our team, you join a cohesive, collaborative environment with tools and mentors available, to coach you through achieving your career goals.The Associate Client Partner will be responsible for scheduling client meetings, understanding requirements, presenting Atlas solutions, developing trusted relationships, and growing client accounts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of new and existing Client relationships and manage those effectively
  • Support Client Partner in new sales opportunities; Validate, qualify, and close sales opportunities
  • Assisting in new areas of the client's business through new offerings and services through approved contracting channels
  • Respond to RFPs around specific, approved opportunities
  • Provides solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Interacts with senior management levels at a client which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Interest in gaining experience in the consulting industry with a company that provides consulting services or staffing
  • Ability to think and act strategically with excellent delivery skills
  • Competitive spirit with the ability to collaborate internally to accomplish account goals
  • Resourceful self-starter with a high level of responsibility and personal accountability
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS suite
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge or exposure in Life Sciences a plus
