Were seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA HYBRID. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions related to our Security Master process. Provides analytics and reporting, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems. Provides oversight and direction to lower-level service roles in the successful delivery of service and support. Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues. Participates in straightforward product development, product enhancement and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently execute. Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients. To be successful in this role, were seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred Experience in financial services and/or operations is preferred At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
