As an Associate Client Resolution Coordinator, you will be the go-to problem solver for our clients. You'll handle everything from data entry to tracking shipments and invoices, and most importantly, you'll make sure that every customer leaves satisfied. Your work will help us maintain our high standards of excellence, while also ensuring the smooth execution of our day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do:
* Be the Solution Hero: Tackle client resolution issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
* Keep Things Moving: Enter data, update tasks, and ensure all shipment information is accurate and timely.
* Client Communication Extraordinaire: Provide outstanding service, responding to calls and emails with efficiency and care.
* Invoicing Master: Accurately invoice customer shipments across multiple schedules and systems.
* Collaborate & Communicate: Work with vendors, Transportation Service Providers (TSP), and internal teams to solve problems fast!
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
* Maintain the Magic: Ensure department KPIs and accuracy ratings are consistently met.
* Handle It All: Perform daily office duties, including typing, faxing, and responding to customer inquiries.
* Be the Client's Go-To: Build relationships, provide timely updates, and make sure every client knows they're in good hands.
* Accuracy Is Key: Enter records and updates into our proprietary systems with precision.
What You Bring to the Table:
* 1+ year of Customer Service experience (claims experience is a bonus!)
* Strong data entry skills (typing speed of 35 WPM or more)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a team-based environment
* A knack for keeping things organized and getting the details right!

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include related experience, education and training, location, business needs, or market demands. Zone 3: Starting rate $18.00; up to $20.00 for highly qualified candidates
