Responsibilities:
* Assist the Supervisor in ensuring that program provides quality care that meets agency and funding source standards;
* Transmit agency/program policies and procedures to staff and ensure compliance;
* Provision of group and individual supervision to program therapists, APN's and support staff;
* Analyze staff activity, consumer need and resources; make recommendations to Program Supervisor regarding program needs, directions, and procedures;
* Review clinical documentation prepared by staff and ensure compliance with contract expectations;
* Act as a liaison to program and community based entities/supports;
* Assist the Supervisor with interviewing, selecting, and training new staff;
* Participate in program meetings, in-service training, quality assurance activities, and other program activities as assigned;
* Coordinate with prescriber and nursing team for consumers receiving psychiatric and/or MAT medication services;
* Provision of direct individual, family and group therapy sessions;
* Assess consumers' mental, behavioral, and social needs;
* Collaborate with consumer, consumer's identified supports, and other providers to develop treatment/service plans;
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including case manager and peer recovery specialists;
* Provide client related reports and evaluations when necessary and maintain a submit reports as needed;
* Complete managed care or other insurance applications as required by agency on a timely basis;
* Crisis intervention as needed;
* All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* Master's degree (MA, MS, MSW) in Social Work or related mental health field;
* NJ license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC);
* Five (5) years' experience in mental health including 2 years of supervisory experience;
* Valid driver's license.
